Close to 2 years later, I became a Team Lead and now in hopes to climbing up to a Supervisor & Above. This is my First ever Job in the United States. I'm extremely dedicated and loyal to the Company I represent. I consider myself, Passionate and always willing to Grow and Learn the In's & Outs of the Company that is willing to accept me. I have high expectations of myself to do what the job requires me to do no matter what it is. As a young Individual, I'm very respectful to all those around me and I'm always seeking knowledge and to develop more skills for myself and as well to eventually use these skills in order to be an asset to the Company. I believe that I have the creative mindset that even in a tedious lifestyle that can be work and doing the same tasks everyday. I tend to always find different ways to not only effectively do my work but also to enjoy what I'm doing at the same time because not only does this save time but it opens the opportunity to either assist others who might struggle with doing said task but also, being able to help the people that come after me by assisting them with tasks that might be a bit more time consuming that they might not have time for. I'm the coworker that fills in the gap of what is needed and enjoys a positive working environment.
