I have been an attorney for over 30 years and have been engaged primarily in eDiscovery since 2013. My core competencies include serving as team lead, performing all aspects of privilege review including drafting privilege logs, providing reviewer feedback on quality control, preparing and reporting review metrics, conducting reviewer training, interacting directly with litigation counsel, and leading teams drafting fact statements and preparing deposition materials in a nationwide MDL tort matter. I am proficient in Relativity, DISCO, Nuix Discover, Kroll, Summation, Nebula, and Microsoft 365 apps. I am actively licensed in Pennsylvania and have an inactive, non-resident license in Minnesota. Prior to working in eDiscovery, I was a stay-at-home dad, a small town prosecutor, a part-time public defender, and a judicial law clerk. My professional goal is to take on more responsibility and to leverage my expertise and skills to deliver high-quality results in managed document review.
