About Jeffrey Pappas

Jeff Pappas manages a team of New Business Development professionals who are tasked with finding new Corporate Trade opportunities which can be turned into closed deals. He is responsible for analyzing the risk profile of all New Business Sales transactions and works closely with the Sales team to structure the most effective deals for both Active and their customer. Finally, he is also responsible for the identification, structuring and execution of Active’s fee simple and leasehold real estate acquisition and disposition activities worldwide. With more than 30 years experience in the finance and real estate industries, he has been integrally involved in all of Active’s real estate transactions including transaction feasibility analysis, structuring solutions for undervalued properties and selling or leasing the properties once acquired. Prior to joining Active International in 2005, Jeff was Vice President of Acquisitions for UrbanAmerica, LLC and Vice President at First Evergreen LLC both real estate investment firms. In those roles he was responsible for the identification, valuation and origination of real estate transactions. In addition, once a property was acquired, he was also responsible for the management and disposition of the asset. He also has obtained finance and real estate experience while working at Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers. Jeff received his BA from Rutgers University and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
