Jeffery Persich is an accomplished, knowledgeable and professional representative of the freight industry. With over 30 years experience in all facets of the industry including Freight Brokering, Transportation, Shipping, Client Solutions and Logistics. Jeff has established himself and his company as a leader in the market place. Beginning his journey at Australia Post in 1984 where he advanced to ‘middle management’ and ‘supervisory’ roles. Jeff then branched out and established his own business in Parcel, Pack & Post in 1998, which had incredible success and then led to the formation of National Freight Management in 2006, which now not only caters for clients using freight Australia wide but internationally as well. At the forefront of the success of National Freight Management is the mantra that “Customer Service is of absolute priority” and Jeff has led the call by incorporating this into the DNA of his business. This is why NFM have clients that have been loyal and supportive of the company right from its origins. As a Freight Brokerage, Jeff has negotiated agreements and contracts with all of Australia’s major freight companies which in return has offered ‘value for money’ services for his clients including some of the most competitive rates in the country. Jeff has also been at the forefront of implementing the latest technological implementations within his business by offering state of the art Online Systems, Software Integration and Freight management options for his clients. However, it is his ‘holistic’ approach and dedication to providing unparallel customer service, with ‘cost saving’ freight options and valuable insight into the freight industry especially for small to medium size businesses that sets him apart as an entrepreneur who is dedicated to creating long term successful business partnerships with his clients.
