I have 15 years’ experience in various departments at both an Ontario College and University. I currently serve as the Director, Academic Quality Partnerships & Business Development at Niagara College. Working in the Centre for Academic Excellence, I lead a team that facilitates the College Quality Assurance Process Audit Process (CQAAP), cyclical program review, new program development, modifications to existing programs, degree development and consent renewal through the Post secondary Education Quality Assessment Board (PEQAB), articulation agreement development, and the student feedback on courses survey process. In addition to my role at Niagara, I also serve as the Vice Chair of the Heads of Quality provincial group. Reporting to the Coordinating Committee of Vice Presidents Academic of Colleges Ontario, this committee represents all 24 Ontario Colleges regarding all matters related to Academic Quality.
