SR. Construction Superintendent Mr. Royce joined the Benchmark building bringing a full wealth of construction knowledge. Mr. Royce has experience in all phases of construction management and general contracting to his present position of Construction Superintendent. Mr. Royce reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Royce’s responsibilities include: the daily interaction with his Field Team, supervision of all onsite activities and field coordination with the Owners, Architects, Engineers, building management and all sub-contractors. The following are some of Mr. Royce’s areas of expertise: • Manages the overall project schedule insuring that even the smallest detail is completed. • Dedicated driving force pushes entire team to completion of project. • Meticulous paper work and documentation including: daily logs, drawing and sketch logs, RFI Logs, Building request forms and all field paperwork. • Broad range of experience in the construction industry allows him to meet strict deadlines and satisfy client requirements. • Insures that the job is a safe working place for sub-contractors as well tenant occupants, consultants and the owner. • Utilizes his extensive construction experience and his outgoing personality to build Client relationships and generate repeat business. • OSHA certification 40 hour class.
