I love the thought of helping people reach their goals of buying and selling their home in order to improve their lifestyles and investment strategies. Specialties: I am knowledgeable and very successful in understanding and applying all aspects of the real estate process, including appraisals, title, financing, negotiation, contracts, and all related paper-work. I also work quite frequently with move up/move out contingency homebuyers.
