About Jeffrey Statile

I graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management in 2020. Since then, I have been working at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, where I am currently the Export Traffic EDI Assistant Manager. My core competencies include communication, exercise planning, and emergency management. In my current role, I implement procedures to ensure export shipments are compliant with both internal and external regulations and policies. I also create reports to analyze trends and recognize potential issues, and liaise between multiple departments and act as the main point of contact with agencies and partners overseas. I have obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn and FEMA to enhance my skills and knowledge in IT security, GIS, and Gantt charts. I am motivated by the challenge and diversity of working in a global and dynamic environment, and I enjoy collaborating with and supporting my team and stakeholders. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also completed a certificate in Basic Detention from South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy in 2021.
