I collaborate through listening and discussing with agents, clients, claims and loss control to tailor risk solutions of insurance programs. I enjoy developing team members through sharing technical information and trouble shooting in order for them to achieve stronger relationships; validated by binding/retaining profitable new and existing customers. I explore alternative projects and efforts to adjust underwriting strategies and hiring opportunities, through partnering with our corporate regional and local offices; with emphasis within out Midwest Region. A key highlight outside of work, I created and taught a risk management class at Loyola University; for approximately ten years (2 semesters per year).
