I’ve spent over 20 years in education, training, and career development, guided by a simple belief: even the smallest act of support can make a meaningful difference in someone’s learning journey. My work centres on helping individuals, especially students and mid/early-career professionals, build the skills, confidence, and clarity they need to navigate their careers with purpose. Whether through talks, coaching, workshops, podcasts, short films, or curriculum design, I strive to create learning experiences that are thoughtful, practical, and empowering. I draw from a range of tools and approaches, including career development theories, personality profiling assessments, and adult learning principles. I’m also exploring innovative methods such as Designing Your Life, micro-learning, Lego® Serious Play®, and Generative AI to make learning more engaging and accessible. Each interaction is an opportunity to listen, encourage, and guide. I’m grateful for the chance to walk alongside learners as they grow, and I continue to learn just as much from them in return.
