Broad experience developing RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFx’s and RFI’s to include, but not limited to, all stages of identifying internal requirements, defining objectives and scope, obtaining resources, collecting, cleansing and analyzing data, evaluating and identifying suppliers, developing strategy to include defining commodity groupings, verify and align strategy to customer anticipated deliverables and/or outcomes, vendor negotiations, RFQ content formulation, implementation, to include communication plan, and administration.
