Design, implement and maintain the systems and processes used for Application Lifecycle Management of a software development team at a major SaaS company. Systems include JIRA, TFS, Salesforce Integration, ConnectALL, Splunk reporting, and Service Rocket. Work closely with QA, Development and Project Management to collect relevant metrics and improve existing processes. Highly technical and analytical- Previously, I managed a team of over 20 QA Analysts. I had up to three Managers reporting to me, in addition to numerous individual contributors. My primary responsibilities were to ensure that new releases of functionality and enhancements to our SaaS Human Capital Management platform were well tested. I was responsible for designing testing processes, ensuring that they were followed, setting team goals, doing reviews and compensation, developing people, and managing my teams.
