About Jeffrey Turner

I manage four functions at Vetoquinol U.S.A, including some global responsibility. Solutions: my team is excited to help solve the toughest problems facing veterinary health professionals and their businesses. We've developed VetPowerment, an employee engagement system that helps animal health leaders discover, understand, and most importantly, FIX challenges within their organizations, from individual negative feelings to interpersonal conflict to widespread organizational unrest. We've also built VeRBS, a launchpad for clinics interested in starting a physical rehabilitation business. Strategy: my department turns global Vetoquinol strategy into day-to-day reality for all parts of the U.S. operation, driving effectiveness by ensuring that tactical activity supports national and global strategy as much as possible. We look at where the company wants to be in five years and built the tools and guidance to get there. Business Intelligence: my talented BI team acquires, integrates, analyzes, and visualizes data in ways that help our marketing, key account, sales, and leadership teams perform at their best. We manage input systems as well, including development work on our CRM (Creatio) and designing other input tools via Power Automate. This team is also instrumental in bringing AI to our organization. Information Technology: supporting the entire U.S. organization as well as global infrastructure initiatives, my IT team deals with all hardware, telephony, Active Directory and O365 framework, purchasing, security, and a host of other subjects. They support in-office employees as well as over 100 remote personnel.
