About Jeffrey V.

I have successfully managed a complete distribution facility move from a sq. ft. building to a sq. ft. building. I created a blueprint of how much and where warehouse racking was to be set up, planned product placement in racking to speed up pulling process and eliminate unnecessary waste,(Employee pieces moved per hour increased 15% that year), organized bulk storage area for more effective utilization when unloading containers and freight trucks, and designed a safer work environment with built in dock plates and dock levelers. Warehouse ran three years in a row without an accident or work related injury.(Fostered a SAFETY 1st approach to work). I have led change management committee's creating efficiencies, innovation, new metrics, and best demonstrated practices throughout distribution.
