I am extremely excited to dive into the craft bartending culture that is in Denver. While I’ve been able to attain strong management experience, my true goal is to learn all I can from the incredible talent that already exists in the city of Denver. My goal is to help further the a bar program by bringing creativity and passion to the workplace. But furthering my education in an environment that breeds incredible bartenders is truly what I am looking for. Beverage service has been my passion since 19 years old. I was given the opportunity on a night that both bartenders called out and I asked if I could step up. I loved every second of it. I dedicated my time to research and probing fellow bartenders on knowledge and technique. I have had the opportunity to bartend at a luxurious ranch resort in all outlets to include banquets, a hip and rustic distillery, high volume and popular sports bar brewery, and most recently a 5-star resort with a multicultural staff in Guam. I am proud to say that my creativity is of my strongest abilities which has allowed me to create drinks that evoke emotion and lasting experiences. Working at both a distillery and a brewery has given me a strong understanding of not only the creation process of alcohol, but also the products and history that go into spirits beer and wine. Working in Guam has broadened my ingredient knowledge as we used many tropical and Asian fruits, vegetables, herbs and techniques. I am used to prepping all fresh ingredients and creating cocktail ingredients such as house made tonic, ginger beer, grenadine, syrups, shrubs, tinctures, infusions, and many more. I have also successfully worked behind multiple cocktail station wells and understand the flow and chemistry behind the bar. My hunger for knowledge will undoubtedly help me learn any new technique or creation process. Thank you very much for taking the time to consider me as a potential employee.
