I’ve been described (usually by co-workers, friends & sometimes myself) as what happens when a marketing wizard, a CX whisperer, a Hollywood storyteller, and a cross-functional ninja accidentally get merged in a Freaky Friday team-building exercise. At one point, I was basically the Chandler Bing (RIP) of the office, popping into every department, strategically building alliances (while everyone was wondering what I was doing), and getting so much done people started asking,"who is this guy?" A few things I was able to accomplish (while yes, being THAT guy):+$400K YOY growth at Sugarfina during a pandemic & global supply chain nightmare + 5x lead gen, 40% email open rates, and a digital glow-up at Frost & Sullivan that surprised everyone + First L.A. role? Promoted in 6 months & added $100K in departmental revenue in year one Now, if that feels a bit forward for a first coffee, fair. So, let's bring it down a notch: I also spent over two years in the Cancer Support Community, working with patients and caretakers as they battled an unrelenting disease. That’s where I learned that real leadership isn’t just about performance metrics, it’s about showing up for people, building trust, and getting in the trenches WITH them. The confidence? That comes from the work, not just the wins. The heart? That’s always been there.
