Jeffried has served as a senior military advisor and manager with expertise in international relations, operations, production planning, supply-chain, project, process, and quality management fields. Jeffried has worked as a senior enlisted advisor to the U.S. military since 1988 and has been extensively trained as a supervisor with leadership skills detailing a rapidly changing environment. Served as action officer, coordinated for security, conference facilities; exercised discretion and judgment in carrying out assigned project objectives; made formal presentations and briefings at various levels of military leadership. He has completed several military courses to include the Army’s Advanced Leaders Course – Senior Leadership; Staff & Faculty Development Trainer Course – Instructor Developer; Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and the Equal Opportunity Management Course.
