From the beginning of my professional carrier sales is a permanent challenge which opens new possibilities in business and building new relationships in the international environment. My experience has taught me a lot about cross-cultural trade and international markets, and I love the fine details and subtle differences that make each country and culture unique. Good interpersonal and communication skills go hand-in-hand with my multicultural sensitivity, which is why I am always drawn to roles that involve building international trade relationships. It helps of course that Russian and Polish are my native languages, and my English skills help me to feel comfortable in international environment. Now I use my natural leadership and management skills as an Export Manager and every success of my team gives me a lot of satisfaction and motivation for the future.
