A Business professional with experience in the following: Business to Business Platform Management, Financial Services, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Incident Response, Relief Work, Graduate School Teaching Assistant, International work experience and Community Involvement. I am a Certified Business Continuity Professional with a Master of Business Administration degree. I have held positions of increasing responsibilities in MasterCard Treasury department, MasterCard Business Continuity department and on MasterCard Information Security Integration Management Team. I am currently managing a team responsible for MasterCard B2B platform operations. I have also served as leader for MasterCard Business Resource Group (LEAD-Lifting Employees of African Descent). I am currently the Global Lead for LEAD Business Resource Group supporting our diversity pillars of Business Impact, Brand & Reputation and Talent Management. I have worked internationally as a Financial Analyst in West Africa and worked as a Relief Supervisor for International Organizations via the UN as a result of the civil war in Liberia, West Africa. I serve as a mentor/mentee to other employees and I am active in my local community. Volunteer as Middle school basketball coach and serve on several committees advising the local school board. I was sponsored by MasterCard and completed a year Leadership program with St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative Fellows:2013-2014.
