About Jelle Meerman

The foundation of my career lies in my study Industrial Design Engineering at the TU Delft. During this study I learned the necessity of the Delft Design Method for product development, in which the user is always in the center of design. During my Master Integrated Product Design I learned to refine the gained knowledge and developed myself into an industrial designer with interests in medical, sport, consumer products and automotive. Due to my creativity, technical knowledge, project leadership and extensive experience in SolidWorks, developing a concept to the final product is a piece of cake for me. For me, a good design should be a helping hand. I stand for aesthetic and practical design which inspires or touches people, due to simplicity in design communication. Products I design always have a slight positive catch, which raise the level of the products’ usability.
