Unfortunately the details below are now moot I am on long-term sick leave following a motorbike accident in December 2015 which has left me paralysed from the chest down. There is no possibility of recovery and my daily nursing needs will preclude me from returning to a full-time roll but I would like to believe that one day I might be able to take up the cudgels of project management again, albeit on a part time basis. To keep my mind active and sane I have started a blog - - feel free to look and comment. I left BT after 33 years in June 2013 to look for new challenges and worked for Inchcape Shipping Services as their Global IT Infrastructure Project Manager. I have a long history of project delivery and recovery, working for and with blue chip organisations at home and abroad History 2013 a 2019 - Global IT Infrastructure Project Manager for ISS - 2013: Project Management. Accredited APMP. Delivery of the full range of the BT portfolio both domestically and internationally. I have managed and led multi-million pound project and programme work for some high-profile customers at home and abroad. 1991 - Seconded to a full-time HR and Industrial Relations role 1989 - 1991: Private Circuit Planning and Project Management. Planning large private circuit installations and then managing their delivery. 1980 - 1989: Customer Maintenance Field Engineer. Repairing PSTN, Call Connect Systems, PBX, Telex and Private Circuits for Residential and Business Customers. This included Special Faults Investigation and Test Desk activities.
