I am an experienced and talented Facility Administrator who is currently supporting the Charleston (CMOP) Consolidated Mail Order Outpatient Pharmacy facility by managing and maintaining efficient facility business operations. I possess extensive experience managing large operations and groups of personnel with over 20 years of management experience. For over a decade, I served as Supply and Logistics Chief for the U.S. Marine Corps where I was responsible for managing large budgets, led over 100 personnel and staff in office setting and combat operations, and have a history of achieving and exceeding production quotas. My past military experience consists of implementing lean initiative that has resulted in annualized reductions of material purchase and manpower. I have experience training and mentoring individuals in supply chain and distribution operations. For over 20 years I have experience working with and coordinating government and contract personnel. Through the years I have demonstrated the ability to analyze data and reports and ascertain trends in performance, resulting in maximum effective and efficient use of logistical and staff resources. I possess the knowledge and experience performing production management, team management, financial analysis, supplier management, plant management, risk management, accounting, forecasting, data collection, data analysis, and operations management.
