I’m a passionate advocate for customer success and innovation, with a proven track record in diverse roles. My experience spans driving seamless product onboarding, empowering clients through hands-on technology training, and analyzing dropshipping technologies to improve business efficiency. In my latest role with JP Morgan, I am responsible for delivering seamless client experiences with product adoption, through the creation of impactful communications that provide guidance and support. My previous background in L&D and E-commerce have enabled me to build and maintain strong client relationships. In addition, I am deeply committed to fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion in every aspect of my work and work community. Serving as a member of the leadership team for JP Morgan DE & I Business Resource Groups designed to foster diverse perspectives. An alumni of Warwick University, graduating with a BA in History, I bring a unique analytical approach to problem-solving, blending past insights with a forward-thinking mindset.
