About Jemma Caplin

Experienced senior Human Resources and Organisational Development Professional with a demonstrated history of working in both private and public sectors including the NHS, design/graphics, facilities management, oil and gas. I’m skilled in people transformation, culture change, leadership development, performance management; helping individuals and businesses reach their potential. A law graduate who is CIPD level 7 qualified in Human Resources, ILM accredited in both Leadership and Management and as a Coach and skilled in project management methodology from being APM qualified. I am curious and particularly enjoy undertaking deep-dive reviews of businesses, understanding where they are and where they want to be. Drawing upon the insights gained, I design and implement people strategies with supporting delivery plans that are aligned with business objectives. Solutions have been wide-ranging and have included: introducing values and behaviours, appraisal systems, wellbeing initiatives and introducing HR information systems or equally having a keen eye to the detail of the foundations of compliance activity required in an effective HR service.
