My working life has mainly been spent mostly within Recruitment, for a Government Agency and a large Housing Association. Recruitment was a wonderful place to be to learn how to develop relationships and gave a real foundation for understanding customer needs. Public Sector work gave me an opportunity to support communities within my own locality and be part of something much larger than myself. A redundancy brought thinking about looking at other industries and trying something new. Having always had a talent for admin I took a position at Byworth working initially as a Sales Administrator in Training, moving then to be a Projects Assistant within the Projects team and then to my current role which I love. The opportunity to support and offer solutions to customer problems is what drives me, as is having a new challenge every day.
