About Jemma Pozzo

I completed my university education at the University of Stellenbosch. I have been very fortunate to have undertaken my secondary education at the Hellenic Academy, one of the most respected high schools in Zimbabwe. I achieved 10 O Levels, 3 AS Levels and 2 A Levels, all IGSCE Cambridge qualifications. I studied a Bachelor of Commerce Management Sciences degree at Stellenbosch University from 2015 to 2017. The subjects that have been included in my degree range from logistics financial accounting to industrial psychology. With my majors being strategic management, entrepreneurship and innovation management and industrial psychology. Thus providing me with a well-rounded business education and insight. I am highly proficient in several Microsoft applications, and having undertaken information systems as a university subject in my second year of study have some programming skills. I have some work experience in the involvement for the last 2 years in a start-up clothing manufacturing and retail business owned by a previous university student. I operated as a member of a sales team managing an on-campus retail outlet and have found that employment, albeit in a very small business, has provided me with an insight into a dynamic and fast-moving business environment. I worked for 3 years as a logistics administrator for a fuel broker company. I am currently Head of Operations at Dharwizi Transport Company.
