About Jen Adams

As a nutritional therapist, my core values are based on functional medicine for overall health and vitality; My clinic is based on combining aesthetics, nutrition, and natural skincare to create an overall natural approach to optimum health and wellness My background is banking as a financial adviser and when the world changed my desire to study took me to the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and become a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Based on the experience of setting up and running my own clinics in the new and fast-growing Nutrition & Aesthetics industry, I now share these best practices and skills with other therapists and clinic owners. By working together and ensuring a high level of training and continuous professional development, I feel this industry should achieve the professional integrity it deserves. Living in Warwickshire gives me the advantage to travel easily around the UK and Internationally. I commute to the city to learn and develop my own skills which enables me to fully understand the Aesthetics & Nutrition industry as the new potential growth market. My mission is to make understanding and implementing functional medicine easy for clients, whether personal or corporate. My dream is to inspire people to make the right food choices, whenever possible, that are beneficial to their overall health; It's important to find ways on a practical level that can enhance health whilst leading our busy lives.
