About Jen B.

Jen has been a cornerstone of the SkyLaw team since she joined the firm in 2012. She played a significant role in the set-up of SkyLaw's custom-built offices in 2015, and she has overseen the steady growth of the firm with new staff members and over 600 new clients since she started. Jen has gained valuable operations expertise over the years and her role has evolved along with the firm.As SkyLaw’s Director of Operations & Finance, Jen is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm and handling the firm’s finances. Her role includes managing the firm’s administration, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, human resources, information technology, and certain business development initiatives. Over the years Jen has developed and executed numerous internal projects, strategic plans, employee policies, and procedures which have contributed to the overall productivity and success of the firm.Jen’s volunteer and non-profit involvements currently include serving as the Board Chair for the Visual Arts Centre of Clarington, a not-for-profit public contemporary art gallery and art education centre. Jen has a passion for art and design, and in her free time she enjoys visiting museums and galleries, taking photographs, and spending quality time with her family.
