At McMichael Insurance Agency, my mission is simple: equip our team with smart, intuitive technology so they can spend less time wrestling with systems and more time building relationships. I’m a firm believer that tech shouldn’t replace people—it should empower them. That means listening closely to what our staff really needs, piloting solutions in AgencyZoom, Zapier,RingCentral, etc, and iterating until everything hums. When I’m not streamlining processes, you’ll find me brainstorming “what if” ideas with my team, usually via a quick Teams chat.
