About Jen Denis

I am a VP, Creative at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), one of the leading cannabis MSOs in the US. With over two decades of experience in brand-driven creative direction, strategic ideation, and conceptual planning, I specialize in building and revitalizing brands in highly regulated industries, such as cannabis and alcohol. I lead and develop two internal creative teams that serve both the CPG and retail sides of our business. We create custom packaging, print and digital collateral, retail POS, sales tools, partnerships, events, and more for GTI's eight in-house brands and over 85 RISE dispensary locations in 14 markets. I also bridge the gap between visual artists and brands, working as a liaison to ensure the artist's work and vision is upheld, while the client's goals are exceeded. My mission is to push the boundaries of all things creative for GTI and help drive awareness and adoption in all of our markets.
