About Jen Doninger

I am highly experienced in Customer Relations with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. In my current position I am entrusted to work independently and to be the sole staff representative available for all students, faculty and visitors. My goals are to always provide a pleasant and welcoming experience to all our clientele, and to perform tasks efficiently and accurately. I am also a visual artist working in various media, particularly ceramics and drawing. I have often described being an artist as the running world's smallest, small business. Responsibilities include: developing and creating the product; keeping inventory stocked; presentations and marketing; forming and maintaining relationships with clients; handling sales; packaging and shipping; bookkeeping.
