With a passion for amazing employee and customer brand experiences, I’ve been recognized as a top leader for building highly-engaged teams renowned for their exceptional culture. I have 20+ years in brand, marketing and customer experience and 14 years managing operations of both corporate marketing divisions and revenue-generating marketing teams. I’m more than a marketer; I work across the organization and invest in the whole business. I’ve led corporate-wide strategic initiatives that improved operational efficiency, built employee culture, elevated recruitment and onboarding experiences, drove customer engagement, and supported transformation and change management across the organization. I’m not a soloist and I don’t want to be. I thrive in environments that are highly collaborative, or have the potential to be, and love mobilizing teams that are empowered to proactively seek solutions to problems.
