About Jen Hoar

I have been with RBC for over 10 years now. The first 18 months, I was a Client Advisor and then moved into the Client Advisor, Business Services role from that point until present. I also was fortunate enough to get the experience of being able to work remotely for the Advice Center from May 2020 until November 2020 as Banking Advisor. As I have worked in a small branch, I have had the opportunity to expand my role to training new employees, as well as being a resource both within my branch and our community branches. There has also been the opportunity to perform and assist with tasks which would normally be handled by a specialist in a larger operating branch such as creating profiles, opening accounts, creating Master Client Agreements and doing some GIC renewals. I have also worked for several years with our colleagues in small business, where I excelled at collaborating with them and have been recognized as a leader in referrals and introductions. I also work with the commercial team in our area to help resolve client issues at the branch level.
