Being born and raised in Illinois, there was always an extra seat at the table for the unexpected knock at the door. I am passionate about real estate and have been for many years; assisting family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances with the Selling and Buying of their homes for many years. I earned my Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI designation), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS designation), Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative (SFR designation), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR designation), Certified Staging Advocate (RESA® CSA™ certification), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA designation), New Home Specialist Certification (NHS certification), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE designation). I am passionate about Real Estate and the Tampa Bay Area. This drives my commitment to full service assistance from start to finish in the home buying and selling process. I bring my experience as having been a manager in the legal and supply chain management fields, to listen to my Buyers and Sellers, to ensure they are heard and comfortable with their understanding of the Florida Real Estate Selling and Buying processes, keep all sales on track, solid negotiation, and thoroughly follow up each step of the way. I consider myself an expert at building genuine, long lasting, and trusting relationships with my clients that extend beyond the home purchasing or selling process. I am invested in our community through work with Habitat for Humanity, American Heart Association, Alzheimer's Association, Metropolitan Ministries, Pack a Sack Program, Fresh Start Innovative Mentorship, and Hope for Homes.
