About Jen King

I am passionate about building environments where people, customers and teams alike, can succeed. With 9+ years in PropTech and SaaS, I've grown from hands-on implementation and sales into leading complex onboarding initiatives that require cross functional coordination, clear decision-making, and thoughtful leadership. I naturally gravitate towards roles where I can guide, support, and empower others - whether that's helping customer's confidently adopt new technology, mentoring teammates through change, or bringing clarity to complex projects. I'm known for my ability to listen deeply, anticipate needs, and align people around shared goals. As a project manager, I focus on more than execution. I think in systems, processes, and long-term impact - asking how we can scale what works, improve consistency, and create better experiences for both customers and internal teams. My leadership style is collaborative, empathetic, and action-oriented. I believe strong results come from trust, accountability, and clear communication. I take pride in helping others feel supported while still moving forward with purpose. I'm excited to continue growing into formal leadership roles where I can influence strategy, develop people, and contribute to building high performing teams. Let’s connect, learn from each other, and work together to create something impactful!
