Received my diploma from The Institute of Legal Finance & Management formly known as ILCA in the UK working for Young & Lee solicitors from 1987-1995, Pinsent Curtis solicitors 1995-1996 and Stuart J Mander solicitors before moving to Canada in Feb Have experience in bank reconciliation, banking transfers, logging clients, debt management, credit management, payroll, daily cash flow reports, mth end reports, billing, preparing profit & loss reports.Started at Aviva Canada for the Commercial Lines Concierge Sales Centre triaging in a team of 11 for the whole of Canada. Logging & clearing quotes in queues.Moved to the personal lines dept CSC as a Junior Underwriter for Ontario & West. Reviewing policies, cancellations, renewals, endorsements, reviewing home inspections reports & assisting brokers with follow up calls. Completed my GIE & will be looking forward to the transition to becoming an Intermediate underwriter helping & assisting brokers via telephone for that true Aviva experience.Moving forward received my promotion to Intermediate Underwriter & look forward to taking calls & assisting brokers with there inquires. Joined the Care more team assisting members with any plans & ideas to help judge panelling for certain events. Moved from CSC to Claims as an Auto Adjuster in Jan 2022. Taking calls from clients involved in accidents, opening up a claim & taking their statement of events, setting their limits to their policy, setting up a collision Centre for repairs & rental coverage. Sending out letters to appropriate persons involved. Keep a daily schedule to do follow ups.
