After nearly a decade in the courtroom and having three children in 39 months, I had an awakening where I realized that my participation as a litigation attorney in a broken family law court system was destroying children, people, and families, with a ripple effect of toxicity to the World. In 2014, I became certified in holistic health and wellness and founded Solace Divorce Mediation—a heart-centered, high-vibrational, fifth dimensional alternative to adversarial divorce. Solace is not just mediation; it is a movement. Solace offers a sacred space where people are empowered to navigate the legal, emotional, and spiritual journey of divorce with mindfulness, intentionality, grace, and love. We are living through a collective awakening—a shift from the dense, fear-based energies of the third dimension into the heart-centered, truth-aligned consciousness of the fifth dimension. Solace was born from this higher frequency. It offers a 5D way to divorce: one rooted in love, empowerment, radical self-honesty, and the knowing that everything—even divorce—can be a portal to our highest and greatest expression of self. In this new paradigm, we do not end relationships—we mindfully evolve them and shift them into a space that feels good for everyone. To support this shift, I created the "Divorce with Love" Master Class, a 3-hour and 39-minute experience that removes the fear, confusion, and overwhelm from divorce. It demystifies the legal and emotional aspects of the journey, empowering individuals to understand their options, speak their truth, and make aligned decisions for themselves and their families. I also authored "Shine, Soul, Shine," a 30-day transformational guide to self-discovery and healing to help those moving through divorce reconnect to their inner light, rediscover who they are, and begin to create a life that feels joyful, authentic, and free. At Solace, we do not just guide couples to dissolve marriages—we raise consciousness, heal hearts, and co-create new beginnings. My vision is to shift the collective consciousness around divorce—shifting from a space that is destructive and disempowering and moving into a space of empowerment, growth, and love—and creating a new paradigm for family transitions rooted in truth, authenticity, and aligned expansion.
