About Jen Murray

I am committed to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds and creating inclusive pathways to education and employment. As a Training Centre Manager at Fastrack into Information Technology (FIT), I lead the implementation and coordination of an innovative Training Programme in partnership with MSLETB, focusing on employment skills training for the Smart Economy sector. In this role, I leverage my skills and qualifications in digital learning design, organisational coaching, project management, and employability coaching to design, execute, and evaluate the training provision and facilitate accreditation of modules. I also oversee the promotion, recruitment, and registration of learners, ensuring their successful completion and progression in the programme. Additionally, I deliver QQI training modules, fostering both technical and soft skills among the learners. Having previously led diversity and inclusion strategies at Tesco Ireland and managed the National Ability Programme at the Irish Wheelchair Association, I bring a deep understanding of inclusion issues and proven strategies for enhancing the accessibility of education and employment in Ireland. Qualifying as a Certified Digital Learning Professional has opened new doors for creating engaging, multimedia learning experiences. Now I can integrate hands-on approaches with digital tools, creating adaptable, dynamic environments that cater to diverse learning styles.
