With over 12 years of work experience in quality assurance, team building, and customer support, I am currently an Employee Experience Coordinator at TABcom, a leading online retailer of pet products and services. In this role, I design and implement programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience, engagement, and satisfaction across the organization. I leverage my online marketing skills to create and distribute internal communications, surveys, newsletters, and events that foster a positive and inclusive culture.
