KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Lead large capacity expansion & new technology project at adhesive production facility, assuming responsibility partway through construction of this project. Implemented standard project management tools- Established or improved all processes related to process safety management over a 6-year period increasing compliance score from 71% in 2017 to greater than 95% in 2023- Successfully integrated an acquisition site into existing business: Implemented operation-wide changes, especially safety. Replaced most leadership positions at acquired plant improving employee morale, satisfaction, & engagement- Developed & conducted culture survey to measure employee satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities. New leadership development program: individual leadership coaching, assessments, & development plans.
