About Jen Rose

My story is one of constant evolution. BACKGROUND: My career began in the social work space. For nearly 10 years, I was focused on facilitating emotional and physical well-being among children and young adults through one-on-one and group therapy efforts. After undergoing my own weight loss journey, I understood the complexities behind a successful personal transformation and decided to focus my career on holistic health and wellness. The first stop on my professional journey into the health and wellness space was at Wellspring Weight Loss Camp as a Behavioral Coach before settling into a successful tenure with Retrofit (Livongo Health, now Teladoc). HEALTH & WELLNESS EXPERTISE: Throughout my time in the holistic health space with Retrofit as well as through personal involvement in fitness, life coaching, and other areas, I have expanded my skill set to include the following: Behavior Coaching – I have played a critical role in empowering over clients to take charge of their mental and physical health. My clients have regained control over chronic health issues, lost weight that was holding them down, and gained tools to live a happy and healthy life. Program Management – I have been a key player behind designing, developing, and deploying successful health management programs. Creating program curriculum, researching health innovations, and aiding in product development are all critical components of new programs that I have been part of. Business Development – Marketing, advertising, and sales are exciting areas that I have grown to love. Over the years, I have played a vital role in getting the word out about holistic health through educational marketing efforts at Retrofit, serving as a brand ambassador and Lululemon educator as well as publishing articles and blog posts in coordination with NBC, mindbodygreen, and my own blog on thejenrose.com WHAT SETS ME APART: I have a unique combination of experience with my tenure in the digital health management space at Retrofit/Livongo, my clinical background as a Social Worker, and personal health journey. My approach helps people deal with what's in their head and heart to bridge the gap between knowing and doing. This mixture of experience allows me to be an integral business leader capable of flexing between aiding clients in their wellness journey, contributing toward program development, and serving as a brand representative, and more.
