Responsible for the coordination of the submission, monitoring, and approval of all content (e.g. print, digital, email, video, social posts, blogs, PowerPoint decks, assist in content edits of marketing assets through the regional Workfront and Master Control process for the Cochlear Recipient Services Marketing team. Responsible for managing the Cochlear Americas Content Review Board and Master Control review process for surveys and/or other research content deployed by Cochlear Conversation research team and other global approval needs as identified. Writing and curating talk tracks and Knowledge Base articles to support the customer service team’s understanding of marketing activities. Responsible for coordinating and managing all upgrade (and other services) order forms including coordination of needed translations. Coordinates the development of campaign deliverables ensuring each receives the appropriate resources and attention to be successfully completed on time. Assists in the planning, design, and approval of direct response campaign assets; provides design feedback/proofing and coordinates the review and approval of deliverables or materials. Works with internal and external data analysts to prepare and analyze monthly KPI reports by collecting and sharing campaign data from various sources. Creates project and campaign templates as related to campaign deployment and post-campaign performance. Manages and coordinates workflows between internal partners to ensure on-time campaign deployment. Assists in expense tracking to ensure budget compliance. Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization’s Values. Responsible for collaborating with Cochlear Americas Marketing Managers on planning and executing tactical roadmaps related to upgrade strategies. Works cross functionally to develop identified content needs that may include social posts, blogs, collateral, etc. Manage all content through the approval process. Facilitate the translation process for Cochlear Americas Recipient Services content and insuring estimates are collected and approved by the appropriate manager ensuring we deliver on our designated budget spends and invoicing is delivered by month end due dates. Work effectively within the Marketing environment as a liaison between Project Owners, and Shared Services, Regulatory, Clinical and Legal. My success is attributed to the strong relationships I have built with my business partnerships and customers.
