About Jen Suarez

With a passion for connecting people and driving global organizational success, I bring a wealth of experience across multiple areas within Human Resources and Project Management. My journey includes 18 years of experience at Microsoft where I have had the opportunity to support Global, US, Canada and LATAM organizations. During these many roles/transitions I have honed my skills in building business client relationships, project management and driving client engagement to achieve organizational goals. I have successfully led Talent Acquisition teams and initiatives across multi-subsidiary regions in LATAM and Canada. In my Talent Acquisition leadership roles, I have partnered with our Global Sales and Consulting Services segments as a global integrator. Currently, I am focused on a new TA role where I get to lead Engineering and Go-to-Market teams that support Public Sector, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences organizations. As a results-driven HR professional, I have a proven track record in project management, leadership, creating global connections and insights, and providing data-driven outcomes. My analytical and negotiation skills are complemented by my proficiency in business intelligence. I am fluent in Spanish and English, with conversational proficiency in French. I hold an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami and am currently pursuing the ICF International Coaching Certification to further enhance my coaching skills and commitment to professional development in talent acquisition and management.
