About Jen Wells

I find purpose in helping teams and individuals reach their goals. That is why I founded TalentID in 2018 to build on my nearly 10 years of recruiting and 15+ years experience in digital marketing and emerging technologies. We are like professional matchmakers, but in the business world. We focus on helping our clients attract, retain, hire and engage their top talent so they stay. We also help job seekers find the right jobs and companies for them.We like to innovate to provide unique support and capabilities. As our clients grow and change, we need to provide the right services to meet them where they are. In addition to our placement, staffing, staff augmentation and consulting services, we have partnered with Futurety, Columbus’ best data analytics agency, to offer a focused onsite data analytics staff augmentation program for your data initiatives. What does this mean for you?You can build out data capabilities for your teams without adding extra burdens to you and your team members. Learn more about our services on our website or message me if you would like to chat about your needs.
