Hi, I’m Jena Macey, a recent Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Guelph, majoring in Management and minoring in Human Resources. I’m currently pursuing my Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and building on the hands-on experience I’ve gained through various roles in HR, finance, and administration. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve developed a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, policy development, and compliance. My recent experience as a Human Resource & Management Assistant has allowed me to lead initiatives in full-cycle recruitment, employee communications, workplace safety, and audit preparation. I also have experience using tools like SAP, Jonas, JazzHR, and E2 ERP, and am highly proficient in Microsoft Office. I’m known for being organized, collaborative, and proactive, whether I’m updating employee handbooks, presenting departmental budgets, supporting ISO audit readiness, or helping plan company events. My time management and communication skills help me balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. I’m eager to grow in the HR field, continue learning from others, and contribute to a team that values both people and performance.
