About Jenell Sankey

Having dedicated much of my career to customer service, I strive to make all customers feel delighted in the service they receive from me and my team. I take pride in creating training programs that that give all of customer service the tools they require to learn, empower and provide service that make customers feel like they are your only customer. Finding creative ways to match company capabilities with customer needs can be an exciting challenge and bring new options for use in future use. I look to understand how other department function and flow so that collaboration between departments can be productive and functional for finding better processes to aid the company as whole. I strive to find creative ways to problems that may arise within the company and believe that two heads are better than one. I hope to find a position that will both empower and challenge me and allow me to challenge and empower others through continued learning and building on my vast existing skills.
