About Jenese L.

Wernher von Braun once said, “Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing.” This quote captures my approach to science, compliance, and problem-solving. I’m naturally curious, and I love exploring complex systems, asking questions, and connecting details to create solutions. This curiosity drives my work in research and regulatory environments, where precision, safety, and attention to detail are critical. Whether reviewing protocols, supporting compliance processes, or analyzing data, I focus on understanding how each piece fits into the larger system. I particularly enjoy the human side of safety; talking with employees across departments to understand their perspectives, ensure their well-being, and build strong working relationships. By combining these conversations with careful observation and process review, I help create safer, more efficient, and more compliant operations.Beyond my professional interests, I enjoy giving back through volunteering, especially through sewing. These experiences reinforce my appreciation for process, patience, and the impact of careful, thoughtful work, whether in the lab, the office, or the community.I’m actively building a career at the intersection of regulatory affairs, clinical research, and safety, where I can combine curiosity, interpersonal skills, and integrity to protect people and support high-quality science.
