With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I've had the privilege of working with industry leaders in Toronto, successfully launching and managing multiple restaurants, and fostering teams that create meaningful guest experiences. Currently General Manager at PIANO PIANO the Restaurant and most recently taken on operations for Paradise Cafe as well. I’m excited to continue building spaces that feel like home—where great food, hospitality, and community come together. Previously, at Ace Hotel Toronto, I spearheaded initiatives that went beyond service, including launching a wellness program with weekly meditation sessions to support our team’s well-being. My time at Ace reinforced my belief that hospitality is more than just an industry—it’s about human connection, care, and creating environments where both guests and teams thrive. I’m deeply committed to fostering growth, both personally and professionally, and I find inspiration in the principles of hospitality, wellness, and community-building. Currently, I’m revisiting Danny Meyer’s Setting the Table and tuning into Liz Tran’s Reset podcast.
