I am an honors student in the ABA approved paralegal program at American River College. Additionally, I also have an A.S. Degree in Business Administration from San Joaquin Valley College. My resume outlines my other qualifications, which include: Academic preparation: A.A. in Legal Assisting from American River College ABA approved Legal Assisting program – coursework emphasis in legal terminology, principles and procedures, and technology applications. An A.S. in Business Administration from San Joaquin Valley College – coursework emphasis in all fields of business including different computer applications, marketing, accounting, management, etc. Personal Profile: Self-starter supported myself through school by working as a mentor to my fellow students in different educational programs. Concurrently involvement in co-curricular activities developed leadership skills and expanded my decision-making and management skills. I feel confident that my extensive knowledge of administration work and my course work in Paralegal studies, plus my exceptional people skills and organizational abilities, would make me an excellent candidate for a position with your team.
