About Jenilee Stepp Triebert

As a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and experienced Chief Clinical Officer, I oversee the quality and delivery of behavior analysis services to clients with diverse needs and backgrounds. I have more than 16 years of experience in clinical ABA, operations, leadership, and academia, and I am passionate about ensuring our science is inclusive of consumer voices, ethical, affirming, trauma-informed, and current with our research. I have successfully managed a large team of clinicians at a national ABA provider, taught ABA at the graduate level since 2012, and worked in multiple states with various legislative funding of ABA services. I also founded a small company that provides mentorship, supervision, and continuing education opportunities with accessibility and neurodiversity affirming ABA as the guiding principles. In my spare time, I collaborate with BCBAs and autistic advocates to offer low-cost DEI continuing education events, and I admin leading professional social media spaces that provide free open education resources to behavior analysts and trainees. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others and advancing the field of behavior analysis with integrity and compassion!
